TxSMARTBRIDGE has the ability to automatically call the participants and put them into the conference. Just schedule a meeting in Microsoft Outlook and TxSMARTBRIDGE will call the participants and puts them into the conference for you.
Who’s Talking
With “Who’s Talking” technology, it is easier to identify the participants who are talking. This feature also lets you identify the source of noise in the conference. Say one of the participants is in an extremely noisy environment you can mute or cast away that particular participant.
Security
With TxSMARTBRIDGE it is very convenient to schedule and administer multiple simultaneous, secure conference calls. Designed from the ground up to be simple to use, the TxSMARTBRIDGE system offers safe and secure conferencing experience. The users have to register with TxSMARTBRIDGE to use this facility. Every registered user will be given a unique PIN number which has to be provided every time they enter the conference. The guest users will be given a onetime temporary id by the meeting coordinator. This id will expire as soon as the session is over. TxSMARTBRIDGE ensures that only authenticated users attend the conference. Unauthorized users will have no access to the meeting bridge.

The color coding tells if the user got access to the room by ANI match, Pass code match or is a guest user. The supervisor of the particular session has the privilege to mute/un-mute or even cast out a user. Since you can see the participants in a meeting, you can be sure that there are no unwanted participants in your meetings, making secure meetings really secure. You can even lock the conference room, thereby not allowing anyone to join that meeting.
Meet Now
Impromptu meetings can be started by an organizer at any time without having to schedule it in advance. The Meet Now feature is for last-minute or on-the-fly meetings that need to occur without prior notice. Impromptu meetings can be initiated from the web interface. Just select the participants for the meeting, and TxSMARTBRIDGE will call all of them and brings them into the conference.
Closed Conference Rooms
With closed conference rooms you can make a meeting strictly confidential. People cannot join these rooms whenever they wish. To join a closed conference room you need to be approved by the supervisor for that room. Thereby you can restrict entries into such rooms.
